Q. Can eDL people be trained as per our specific needs?
A. If you feel that your company project or a special design requirements which are difficult to understand and our people require a good training. Our people can be trained accordingly on your specific project requirements and the confidentiality of your designs will be maintained by providing dedicated workstations to the operators.

Q. In what formats can the scan drawings be sent?
A. Scanned files can be sent in any graphic format, such as TIFF, JPEG.
Paper drawings more A4 size can also be couriered to our office.
AutoCAD drawings can also be emailed to us using FTP. |
Q. In what resolution should the paper drawings be scanned?
A. The paper drawings can be scanned starting from 150 DPI – 200 DPI, however the most important part is the clarity of the information to be sent.

Q. How can you send heavy data files?
A. We have fast connectivity to the Internet service and can transfer a huge amount of data through the Internet. We can also burn a CD and deliver it to you as per your convenience.

A. Communication can be done by emails, phone, by fax or online chat like Yahoo messenger, Skype etc. We can also setup an FTP Transfer for our clients. We have dedicated 27 x 7 customer support and phone lines for our clients .

The standards followed are as per your instructions and requirements. However we can also use default standards guidelines such as AIA, DIN etc.

We perform spell check for text based upon a glossary or interpretation of architectural terminology if the language is other than English. To maintain the accuracy and quality we do a manual check with the original for any errors. A final level QA by Project Head is conducted before shipping the drawings to you. However the approval from you is final. We provide six-months free maintenance for all the drawings converted by us from the time of shipment. |

A. We do not disclose any computer & paper data generated by us or sent to us during any project. We will return all the original drawings after final approval of the same along with all electronic drawing files and data. |
